Nottingham-based chef, Louisa Ellis describes her cooking style as ‘being led by flavour, seasonal produce and ingredients’.
You may recognise Louisa from MasterChef – The Professionals 2017, where she achieved the incredible accolade of reaching the final three. Then, three years later taking the crown and winning MasterChef The Professionals rematch 2020.
Louisa is also the only woman representing the Central region in this year’s Great British Menu.
Other achievements include being named Midlands Chef of the Year – 2022, along with judging the prestigious Nestle Toque D’or for three years running.
